Who We Are

W.I.HEAT TREATERS was formed as a partnership firm in 1995. Partners are combination of youth and experience.

Two commerce graduates in their early twenties and an experienced metallurgist trained in Germany and USA with more than 50 years of experience in the field of heat treatment got together and decided to start a heat treatment shop which could provide quality comparable to the best in the world.

Our Achievements

Successfully CARBURISED a gear to a total case depth of 6.3 MM and effective case depth of 5.7 MM.

Successfully NITRIDED a gear having diameter of 1400 MM to Depth of 0.5 MM.
