Introducing a state-of-the-art technology Vacuum Heat-treatment & Sealed Quench Furnace Facility which confirm to international standards. Vacuum heat treating is a clean process, which provides minimum distortion and bright, scale free surface.

The vacuum / SQF environment in conjunction with advanced control technology enables repeatability of the process through fully programmable cycles.

Vacuum Furnace Capabilities:

  • Bottom Loader type and best suitable for round parts
  • Up to 1200 Kg load capacity
  • Maximum Working Temperature: 1250 °C
  • Chamber Size: Dia 1000 mm X 1000 mm height
  • Convective Heating and 10 Bar rapid quenching capability
  • Completely PLC controlled processing and computerized documentation for all the cycles
  • Environmentally Safe Process and Extremely Clean Parts and no oxidation.
  • Save cost in post treatments like washing and degreasing.



W.I.HEAT TREATERS was formed as a partnership firm in 1995. Anand, Gujarat based company provides state-of-the-art technology in heat treatment and specializes in stress relieving of steel products. W.I.Heat Treaters has a proven track record servicing both short and long term contracts with industry leaders throughout India. Our partners are combination of youth and experience.

Two commerce graduates in their early twenties and an experienced metallurgist trained in Germany and USA with more than 40 years of experience in the field of heat treatment got together and decided to start a heat treatment shop which could provide quality comparable to the best in the world.

Our total workforce is committed to producing quality and a finished product to be used by our customers for their various needs. Our workshop with PIT Type Gast Carburising Furnace (one of the largest furnace in country) & Special Purpose machines provide this very capability in-house.

Our
Achievements

  Successfully CARBURISED a gear to a total case depth of 6.3 MM and effective case depth of 5.7 MM.

  Successfully NITRIDED a gear having diameter of 1400 MM to Depth of 0.5 MM.
